1. Seller identification
JAYMON SECURITY, S.L. — Spanish VAT no. B88291174 — C/ Malaquita, 25 · 28224 Pozuelo de Alarcón (Madrid), Spain. Email: info@jaymonsecurity.com. Phone: +34 686 250 244.
These terms govern purchases made on jaymonsecurity.es and jaymonsecurity.com. By placing an order you accept them.
2. Scope
This site sells online training and digital services: courses, professional certificates and content delivered through platform access.
Professional services — audits, Red Team, incident response and compliance — are not purchased through this channel: they are formalised through a specific proposal and contract with their own scope and terms.
3. Ordering process
The contract is concluded upon order confirmation. We keep an electronic record of the transaction and you may request a copy.
4. Prices and taxes
Prices are shown in euros. Whether applicable taxes are included is stated, and in any case detailed before you confirm the order.
We may change prices at any time, without affecting orders already confirmed.
5. Payment and invoicing
Payment is made through the methods available at the time of purchase. Payment data is processed by the relevant payment provider; this site does not store card numbers.
We issue an invoice for every order. If you need specific tax details, enter them during checkout or write to us.
6. Service delivery and access
Once payment is confirmed we will provide access to the course by the means stated on its page. Technical requirements, duration and scope are set out on each course page.
Access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing credentials or reproducing, distributing or publicly communicating the materials without authorisation is not permitted.
7. Withdrawal, returns and refunds
These are set out in a separate document which forms part of these terms: Withdrawal, returns and refunds.
8. Intellectual property
Training content, materials, trade marks and website elements belong to JAYMON SECURITY, S.L. or its licensors. Purchase grants a personal right of use, not an assignment of rights.
9. Responsible use of technical content
Our training covers offensive techniques for defensive, educational and professional purposes only. Applying them to systems without the express written authorisation of their owner may constitute a criminal offence.
Students undertake to use what they learn lawfully and ethically. Responsibility for misuse rests solely with them.
10. Liability
We are responsible for delivering the contracted service as described. We are not liable for interruptions beyond our control or for the results students achieve on their own.
Nothing in these terms limits the rights that consumer law grants to consumers.
12. Governing law and complaints
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For consumers, the competent courts are those of their place of residence.
Send any complaint to info@jaymonsecurity.com. You may also turn to the competent consumer authorities.
