1. Who sells

JAYMON SECURITY, S.L., Spanish VAT no. B88291174, registered at C/ Malaquita, 25 · 28224 Pozuelo de Alarcón (Madrid), Spain. Email: info@jaymonsecurity.com. Phone: +34 686 250 244.

This page forms part of the pre-contractual information required by Article 97 of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (consolidated Consumer Protection Act), which implements Directive 2011/83/EU.

2. Who this applies to

The withdrawal terms on this page protect consumers: individuals buying outside their trade or profession.

Purchases made by businesses and professionals in the course of their activity carry no statutory right of withdrawal. Returns are governed by the terms agreed in the order or the corresponding services contract.

3. What we sell and how it affects withdrawal

This site sells online training and digital services: courses, professional certificates and products delivered through platform access, with no physical goods shipped.

The general withdrawal period is 14 calendar days from the conclusion of the contract. No reason needs to be given and no penalty applies.

4. When the right of withdrawal is lost

The law sets out exceptions that bear directly on online training. We would rather explain them before you buy than afterwards:

Services already performed (Art. 103.a). If the service has been fully performed within the 14 days, at your express request and with your acknowledgement that you lose the right once performance is complete, withdrawal no longer applies.
Digital content (Art. 103.m). If performance begins with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal, withdrawal no longer applies either.
In practice: if you access the course before the 14 days are up, and in doing so expressly agree to begin and acknowledge that you lose the right, you can no longer withdraw. If you do not access it, you keep the right for the full period. The choice is always yours: you may wait until the 14 days have passed before entering.

Had we failed to inform you of this right, the withdrawal period would extend to twelve months (Art. 105).

5. How to withdraw

An unequivocal statement within the period is enough. Write to info@jaymonsecurity.com or to our postal address. You may use the model below, though you are not obliged to:

Model withdrawal form
(complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract)

To JAYMON SECURITY, S.L., C/ Malaquita, 25 · 28224 Pozuelo de Alarcón (Madrid), Spain, info@jaymonsecurity.com:

I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following goods / for the provision of the following service: ______________
Order number: ______________
Ordered on: ______________
Name of consumer: ______________
Address of consumer: ______________
Signature (only if this form is notified on paper): ______________
Date: ______________

We will acknowledge receipt without delay. The burden of proof for exercising the right lies with you, so keep a copy of the message you send.

6. Refunds

We refund all payments received, with no deductions.
The maximum period is 14 calendar days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice.
Refunds are issued using the same means of payment you used, unless you agree otherwise. You will incur no fees as a result.

The actual timing also depends on your card issuer or bank: we release the refund within those 14 days, but it may take a few more days to appear on your statement.

7. If the course is not what was promised

Separately from withdrawal, you have the statutory guarantee of conformity. If the content or service does not match its description — access does not work, the syllabus is not as advertised, materials are missing — you may require us to bring it into conformity and, where that is not possible, obtain a price reduction or terminate the contract with a refund.

Write to us and tell us what is wrong. Talking resolves it faster than filing a claim.

8. Cancellations on our side

If we cancel or postpone a session, we will offer you a place on the next run or a full refund, at your choice. The choice is yours, not ours.

9. Complaints

Write to us first at info@jaymonsecurity.com: we answer every complaint.

If you remain dissatisfied, you may turn to the competent consumer authorities, such as the Directorate-General for Trade and Consumer Affairs of the Community of Madrid or the Consumer Arbitration Board, without prejudice to court proceedings.

The European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform ceased operating on 20 July 2025 under Regulation (EU) 2024/3228 and is no longer an available route. If you find that link in any earlier document of ours, tell us and we will correct it.

10. Applicable law

Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, in particular Articles 97, 102 to 108 and related provisions, and Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce.
